?:How do I sell my equipment to Nordic Computer?

!:Contact us by email (info@nordiccomputer.dk) or call +45-9633 8600 and tell us a little about the equipment you have available. The more details you can provide - the more we can eventually pay you for the equipment.

 

?:Is it safe to buy used equipment?

!:Nordic computer only supply equipment which is functional. The equipment delivered, has been tested by our engineers.

 

?:What warranty do you offer?

!: The warranty depends on the product bought. Typically we grant a 30 days warranty on refurbished equipment. Furthermore we guarantee that the equipment can be added to your existing service contract.


?:How can I integrate used equipment into my existing service contract with IBM, HP, etc.

!: All you have to do, is to inform your hardware service provider about the change in the configuration, in order to cover this equipment as well.

 

?: What if the equipment fails?

!:Take contact to Nordic computer with as many details as possible regarding the equipment (serial number, invoice, description of the problem) and we will be able to suggest a solution quickly and easily.


?:If I sell to you, are you able to erase my data?

!: Nordic computer offer to erase any data from the equipment we buy from you


?: is it possible to lease equipment from Nordic computer?

!: Yes - Nordic computer is able to offer you a flexible leasing agreement on your IT equipment.


?: Is short terms leasing possible?

!: Yes - Nordic computer offers short terms leasing on IT equipment for, for example test, backup, relocation etc.


?: Is it possible to mix refurbished and new equipment?

!: Yes-  for example used memory and disks are compatible with equipment you have bought as new.


?: Does Nordic computer take items in commission?

!: If you want to make most possible advantage of a package of equipment - Nordic Computer is able to offer you, to take your equipment in commission. Together we will discuss how we can ensure you get the right price for your IT hardware.


?: Is Nordic computer able to offer a service agreement?

!: Through our business partner Nordic Computer is able to offer you a service agreement on your IT hardware.
